** CLUB RUNS ** 
CRC Club Runs are timed races. They are super low cost, so everyone gets a bib, timing chip and refreshments. We give awards for the top performances, but we don't give out finisher's medals or Age Group awards. 
Club Runs are included in the club membership, but runners can also sign up for them without a membership. 

• 5K Prediction Run hosted by Carrollton Runner's Club

• 3rd Sunday of the month 
• Start Time: 7:30 AM
• Location:  Josey Ranch Athletics Complex (1440 Keller Springs Rd   Carrollton, TX US 75006)
• Awards: $15 Gift Cards to closest Female prediction & closest Male prediction. Plus random "Treasure Chest" drawings!
• 2025 dates: 01/19, 02/16, 03/16, 04/20 (Easter), 05/18, 06/15 (Father's Day), 07/20, 08/17, 09/21, 10/19, 11/16. No December race
• FAQ:
  - What is a Prediction Run? Before the race, runners tell the timer their predicted finish time. The winner is the runner whose time is closest to their prediction; the winning prediction is generally within 10 seconds! No watches or phones if you want to be in contention. You may run up to 3 times
  - I need my music! Can I still run? Yes, you can run with your device, but please keep it in your pocket, and don't touch it, not even to shuffle or skip. honor system.
  - I need my watch data. Can I still run? Yes, you can run, but you won't be eligible for prediction awards. However, you'll still be eligible for Treasure Chest!
  - How close are the winning predictions? It varies, but it's often a second or two - or less!
  - Does this mean that a slow person with a good prediction can beat a fast person with a less-accurate prediction? YES!

• Last Sunday of the month.
• Start Time: 1 mile @ 7:30 AM, 5K @ 7:45 AM (yes, you can do both)

• 1 Mile Awards: $10 gift cards to Overall M/F, Masters (40+) M/F, Grand Masters (60+) M/F
• 5K Awards: $15 gift cards to Overall M/F, Masters (40+) M/F, Grand Masters (60+) M/F Plus random "Treasure Chest" drawings!
• 2025 dates: 01/26, 02/23, 03/30, 04/27, 05/25, 06/29, 07/27, 08/31 (Labor Day Weekend), 09/28, 10/26, 11/30, No December race

  - Can I do both races? Yes. The 5K starts 15 minutes after the 1 mile
  - I only want to do one event. How do you know which? When you check in before the race, you'll tell us which race(s) you're running
  - What are the course records? Please see the records page

• Start Time:  7:30 AM

• FAQ:
  - What is a Leftovers Run? It's a normal 5K or 10K. But the shirt, medals and awards are "leftover" from other races that year. 
  - What races are they from? Our partner, WRATH Racing, donates leftover shirts, awards and Age Group medals.
  - How do I get my shirt size? The website didn't ask. We know we'll have long-sleeve and short sleeve, and that some will be cotton, some will be tri-blend and some will be technical weave. But we won't know what sizes are available until the week before the race. So show up early to get the one you want!

** SOCIAL RUNS ** 
Social Runs are FREE group meetups. For safety reasons, you must register on RunSignup and complete the waiver in order to see detail on the runs. We're always looking for new Social Run Leads, especially if you have an idea for a great new route!

• Pretty, flat and well-lit course for night running! Then join some of us afterwards at Torchy's!
