PACKET PICK UP OPTIONS
NAVA HEALTH & VITALITY EXPO
When: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Where: The Nava Health & Vitality Expo will be held at the Great Frederick Fairgrounds. Here you can claim your race bib and premium for the distance that you have registered. You will start the process in Building 13 to claim your bib. You will then proceed to building 9 for your race premium. We will also have our official merchandise available for purchase. Other vendors have been invited to join us for the day.
Time: 10am to 4pm
Individual runners are asked to pick up their own race packet. However, a friend or family member is allowed to pick up your packet for you. They will need to bring your QR Code (that you will receive via email the week of the race) AND a copy of your photo ID, in case there is a problem or error. Please limit yourself to picking up ONE other race packet that is not yours out of courtesy for other participants in line.
OFF-SITE PACKET PICK UP
We have partnered with Road Runner Sports to put packet pick up in YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD! You can get your race bib and premium at these off site locations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no race morning packet pick up. Please make plans to utilize one of these many options to claim your race bib and premium. If you cannot attend one of the dates above, please sign up for the Mail My Packet option described below. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and adherence to this policy.
MAIL MY PACKET
If you are unable to attend the expo to claim your packet, you can have your packet mailed to you for $30. Your shirt and bib will be mailed to you by USPS Priority Mail prior to the race and you’ll be sent a trackable link. You’ll have the option to add this perk onto your registration until April 17. Already registered and didn’t select bib mailing? No problem, check out our FAQs.
PLEASE NOTE: Those participating virtually will automatically get their packet mailed to them. You do not need to attend packet pick up if you have selected to have your packet mailed or if you are registered for a virtual race.

Virtual Event Bag: All runners will receive a digital Virtual Event Bag prior to attending the expo. The Frederick Running Festival Virtual Event Bag is an interactive, digital “goodie bag” delivered to each runner via email or smart device. The bag features rich-media digital gifts, coupons, games, and more from local and national race sponsors. It will contain race tips, and even ways to get free stuff at the expo.
