Refund Policy
Event Registrations
All registrations for the TRI Clinic are non-refundable after the purchase is complete. You have the option to purchase registration insurance when you register your athlete to cover a limited number of scenarios that would prevent your athlete from participating.
Should you no longer be able to attend the event for any reason, and have NOT purchased registration insurance, please see options available below:

NO SHOW, SAME DAY CANCELLATION
If a participant is unable to attend the event the day of the event for whatever reason, there will be no refund available.
Refunds/Deferrals including but not limited to inclement weather, facility closures, participation numbers not met, and/or COVID-19 Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for any events that are cancelled. While the event is not taking place, a portion of the registration funds has already been spent in anticipation of the event, whether it takes place or not. We apologize and thank you for your support in this matter and offer the following options for a cancelled event:
- You will be provided with a 100% deferral into the same event the same year, if available, or the following year.
For events that are cancelled, you will receive an email with instructions regarding event options or deferral.
