Maximum number of participants/relay teams is 300 for the triathlon/aqua-bike and 72 for the duathlon. We will have a limit of 60 in the aqua-run category.
NOTE: Registration fees listed do not include the USAT one-day insurance fee of $15 required for non-USAT members. This fee will be added when you register unless you enter a valid USAT number.
All registrants will receive a super soft short sleeve t-shirt, race packet, swim cap (for the swimmers only), finisher’s award, post-race food and drinks and, more.
There will be no race day registration.
REFUND POLICY: Registrations are non-refundable or transferable. We can change registration types at no charge, from one event to another (for instance, from the triathlon to the aqua-bike). If the change is to a more expensive registration type (like aqua-bike to triathlon), you will be required to pay the additional cost for this category. For injured registrants unable to compete, we will provide a 50% discount towards the following year’s registration price. Otherwise there are no refunds. For anyone that no-shows for the event, they will receive a letter acknowledging the portion of their registration fee that was donated to the UK Eye Research Fund. If COVID regulations make it impossible to hold the event, we will work with participants for a partial refund, deferral to the 2021 event or election to have their registration fee donated.
