Brownsburg Try Tri
RaceMaker Productions is excited for the 8th Annual Try Tri Indy Triathlon! This spring we will again be hosting the race at the beautiful Brownsburg Aquatic Center at Brownsburg High School located just 15 miles West of Indianapolis! This race features a Super Sprint Triathlon, a Long Sprint Triathlon, and a Duathlon catering to athletes of ALL abilities. This early season triathlon with a pool swim is a great first tri for newbies, but rest assured the event will be set up and managed at the level veteran triathletes expect. The course features a mellow swim in the 50 meter pool. The bike will take place throughout Hendricks County with minimal traffic, and all the beauty that rural Indiana has to offer. The run will be flat, and very fast setting athletes up for an early season race that will motivate even the biggest winter slackers! - Long Sprint: 400 Meter Swim, 20 Mile Bike, 4 Mile Run
- Duathlon: 2 Mile Run, 20 Mile Bike, 4 Mile Run
- Team options of 2 or 3 participants are available for both the Super and Long Sprint.

Packet Pick Up Notes:

Also note you must have photo ID and your USAT membership card (if annual member) for pick up.
Transition Info:
Brownsburg Try Tri has a standard transition in a large asphalt parking lot at Brownsburg High School. The transition has two entry points both marked with a large inflatable arch, and banners. One entry is the SWIM IN, and will also serve as the RUN OUT. The other entry point is the BIKE IN and BIKE OUT. Each entry point has timing mats allowing us to provide splits with pacing for your Swim, T1, Bike, T2, and then the mats at the finish line give us the final total time and run time.
Only participants are allowed inside transition.
Parking:
We will have all vehicles park in the front (east) lots including the ones just south of the track. Please be mindful not to move cones and drive into lots we have closed as they are closed to make sure you can easily leave when you are ready to leave without impeding on race traffic. We will have volunteers helping with parking as needed if lots fill up.
Brownsburg Try Tri Awards:
Long & Super Sprint Triathlon: We will award the Top 3 Overall Male/Female triathletes in each race.
Long & Super Sprint Triathlons: Top (male/female) Age Group Finisher in each race: U19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
Duathlon: We will award the Top 3 Overall Male/Female Duathletes.
