CAN the Bird 5K Turkey Trot

Please bring a CANned food item and join us for the 5th annual CAN the Bird 5K Turkey Trot, on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, beginning at 8:00 am. The race will begin and end in the Walmart parking lot, 5885 Kingstowne Boulevard, Alexandria, VA 22315.

All ages can enjoy a run, jog or stroll around Kingstowne and its scenic Lake.

Standard Registration - October 18- November 21
Adult 5K- $35
Military 5K - $30

Last Chance Registration - November 22-27
Adult 5K- $40

12 & under - $10

Online registration will close Thursday, November 27 at 7:45. Only online registration will be accepted.

Participants will receive a commemorative race t-shirt.

Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, top three male and female finishers in 12 & Under and 13-18 age groups. Plus fastest male and female runner with dog and fastest male and female runner with stroller will receive an award.

Donations of nonperishable food items will be accepted by Koinonia
