Description
Join us for an exciting evening mile race for all ages (youth & adult) on May 4th at 4pm. This fast, out-and-back course is the opening event of the national East Coast Triathlon Festival (learn more here). In addition to providing a fun family night of racing, the proceeds of this event go directly to producing free fitness programs in Richmond’s lowest-opportunity neighborhoods and $1,000+ will be donated back to local school’s physical education departments through the school participation competition (see below).

Race Overview
An exciting evening mile race for all ages (youth & adult) on April 29th at 4pm. This fast, out-and-back course is the opening event of the national East Coast Triathlon Festival (learn more here).

The 2023 Innsbrook Mile is May 4 (4pm) at Innsbrook (4600 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060).
Packet Pick Up / Registration
12-3:30 PM at the race site (4600 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060)
Course Overview
The course will be closed to vehicular traffic, have plenty of course marshals, and be tons of fun.
Awards
Awards will be held immediately after the race. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 in each age group. Race day age is determined by your age on race day. Everyone gets a medal when they cross the finish line!
