Details

We will need volunteers on race day at the finish line to pass out water and finisher medals. Must report to event by 7:30AM at the volunteer check-in table.

Location

Woodward Park
Grass area west of the first parking lot from the Friant Entrance.

Water station #1 (near the 5K turn around area) High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We will need volunteers to set up the water stations near the 5k turn around area. Volunteers must show up by 6:30AM to set up the water cups at the table for water and electrolytes.

Water station #2 (near the 5 mile turn around area) High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We will need volunteers to set up the water stations near the 5 mile turn around area. Volunteers must show up by 6:45AM to set up the water cups at the table for water and electrolytes.

Set up Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to set up tables and chairs for the pancake breakfast. A couple of volunteers may be needed at the registration table as well.

Pack up/Clean up Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Volunteers are needed to pack up tables and chairs from the pancake breakfast and general cleanup.
