Week-of Volunteer – Event Prep Support

Help us get everything ready for the Lifesaver Soiree behind the scenes! Volunteers will:
* Assist in the office with event preparation tasks leading up to the event
* Organize materials such as signage, programs, registration packets, and decorations
* Help assemble event items and ensure everything is ready for a smooth check-in and event flow
* Support the event team with any additional prep tasks as needed

Be part of getting the Lifesaver Soiree ready for a fantastic evening! Volunteers will:
* Assist with setting up tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and event spaces
* Help organize supplies for registration, refreshments, and activities
* Support the event team with any last-minute preparations
* Ensure the venue is ready to welcome attendees on time
