Set-Up & Tear-Down

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

This is the event coordinator's right-hand person. You will be moving tables to their allocated spot, setting up the snack station, and help with the décor. When the event is done, you will help put tables back in their place, pack up any leftover snacks (bonus: you get to take some home), and take-down the décor.

T-Shirt Station

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

During checking in, runners are to receive a goodie bag that contains their t-shirt. You will be handing the sign-in table coordinator the goodie bag with the correct t-shirt size is inside.

Water Station

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

During the race, you will be on the course handing out water cups to the runners. If you love to encourage and serving others with smiles and cheers, then this is the position for you.

Cheer Crowd

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Everyone needs a boost of confidence. You will be on the course clapping and cheering for every runner as they reach the halfway point.

Award Medals

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

You will be stationed at the finish line handing each runner their much-deserved medal.
