These volunteers will be responsible for setting up various stations, such as award tables, food tables, entertainment/Santa station, registration station. These volunteers will also place decorations.

These volunteers will assist in food tent/table set up. They will also distribute food to runners

Event take down/clean up High Priority

Details

Once the awards are finished, these volunteers will help take down all decorations, tables, and left over items and pack them into vehicles to be returned to the Beck Admin building.

Safety Volunteers High Priority

These volunteers will be stationed at certain intersections along the route to ensure vehicular traffic does not enter the race area and that runners do not veer off course.
