Assist with directing cars in parking area prior to race start. Must arrive at race site by 6:00am.

Transition Setup Medium Priority

Details

Assist with setting up transition area prior to transition opening at 6:30 am. Must arrive at race site by 5:30am.

Athlete Check In High Priority

March 15, 2026

Details

Assist with checking in athletes based on name and directing them to their assigned bib number/transition spot. Must arrive at race site by 6:15am.

Transition Breakdown/ Clean Up Low Priority

March 15, 2026

Details

Assist with breaking down transition area, collecting course markings/signage, and cleaning up race site. Must arrive at race site by 9:45am.

Bike Course Assistance High Priority

March 15, 2026

Details

Assist with directing athletes and/or local traffic at minor intersections to ensure athlete safety and smooth flow of race. Must arrive at race site by 7:30am.

Run Course Assistance High Priority

March 15, 2026

Details

Assist with directing athletes and/or local traffic at minor intersections to ensure athlete safety and smooth flow of race, and/or assist with water station. Must arrive at race site by 7:15am.

Timing/Finish Line Assistance Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assist the timers at the finish line or transition areas with duties related to timing, such as setup, breakdown, or collecting bib numbers.
