Packet Pick Up the day before the race while we set up the event. Volunteers should arrive by 15 minutes prior to shift and be able to stay until the end of shift. Task includes passing out bibs, shirts, and getting attendees EXCITED about the cause and the event!

Arrive at AL Lopez at 6 am SHARP. This task will include prepping all race line finish coolers with ice, filling coolers with water, and getting medals ready to pass out. Once the race STARTS - finish line equipment moves QUICKLY into place so that finishers can be rewarded when they cross the line!

Tiny Cadet Dash Medium Priority

Volunteers will set up Tiny Cadet Dash, run the event, be in charge of breakdown and organization. Volunteers must be at the race site day of the event by 6am for set up of their dash.
Dash includes the race for 5-year-olds and under, passing out cupcakes and medals, and a SNOWBALL FIGHT (!) at the end of the event!

Pancake Tent High Priority

Volunteers will be setting up pancake tent and making pancakes for racers and spectators! Mix is easy to prepare on-site, all supplies are provided! No special skills except big smiles are required! Volunteers must be on site by 6am, job is completed by 10am!
