Pre-Race Course Setup ( Friday, PM) High Priority

Details

This crew will help the day before the triathlon assisting the staff with initial setup, such as marking of course, and transition area.

Location

Volunteers in this role will need to meet at PORTA High at 5:30 pm Friday night and sign the volunteer check-in sheet.

Pre-Race Course Setup (Saturday, AM) Medium Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Minimum age is 15-years-old with parent or legal guardian completing registration.

This crew will help the morning of the triathlon assisting the staff with final preparations/setup such as placing cones on the marked course, putting out the tables, food, packets, etc.

Location

Volunteers in this role will need to arrive by 6:30 am, sign in at the volunteer check-in station, and attend a volunteer pre-race meeting held at 7:30 am in the packet pickup area.

After Race Course Breakdown Medium Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Minimum age is 15-years-old with parent or legal guardian completing registration.

Assist in breaking down different areas of the event including the swim start area, finish areas, post-race festival, transition, etc.

Location

Breakdown will begin at approximately 12:30 or after the last participant comes through the shoot. Please come to the finish line for instructions.

Race Day Volunteers/Course Marshals High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 18 more volunteers needed.

There are various positions, such as course marshals, transition area assistants, finish line assistants, etc.

Location

Volunteers in this role will need to arrive by 7:15 am, sign in at the volunteer check-in station, and attend a volunteer pre-race meeting held at 7:30 am in the packet pickup area.

Volunteer Photographer Medium Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

We are looking for volunteer photographer(s) to capture participants before, during, and at the race finish.

Location

Volunteers in this role will need to arrive by 7:15 am, sign in at the volunteer check-in station, and attend a volunteer pre-race meeting held at 7:30 am in the packet pickup area.
