Details

The aid station is located outside the lodge basement/drop bag area. Our main goal is to keep all menu items fresh and warm for the runners.

Key tasks include:
* Ensuring food and drinks are replenished and fresh.
* Occasionally refilling water or bringing hot items from the PYOCA kitchen upstairs.
* Providing encouragement to runners to help them avoid DNF.
* Assisting runners by grabbing food, refilling bottles, and potentially helping track Age Group awards at the finish line.

The first and last shifts will be responsible for setting up and tearing down tables and goods. All volunteers working six or more hours will earn credit for a free entry into future events. You are welcome to register for multiple shifts.

Details

We need help with setting up and taking down the aid station before it opens and after the cutoff time. The aid station will have a tarp, a propane fire, and a fire pit.

Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving aid station food like grilled cheese and quesadillas, etc (equipment provided).
* Maintaining the fire
* Driving to PYOCA for resupplies as needed
* Refilling runner bottles and providing other requested items for runners
* Encouraging runners, especially in the late hours to avoid DNF!

Volunteers working six or more hours will receive credit for free entry into future events. You can register for multiple time slots.
