Photography Assistant

Details

Assist with taking photos of the event, either on your personal phone camera or with a nice camera if you have one. Can be down in conjunction with other volunteer tasks.

General Setup Assistant

Details

Assisting with setting up the day of the event, including setting up tables for check-in and day-of registration, tables for snack packs, water station, tents over tables and chairs, trash cans, DJ booth table and tent, etc.

General Packup Assistant

Details

Assisting with packing up after the event, including breaking down tables and chairs and returning them to the appropriate carts, breaking down tents and loading them on carts, assisting YWCA staff in loading supplies into vehicles, etc.

Water Station Assistant

Offer cups of water to race participants.

Check participants in via the check-in app, assign bib numbers, hand out T-shirts, and distribute race packets.

Details

Assist participants with completing day-of registration, including taking card or cash transactions, completion of day-of registration forms, assigning bib numbers, and giving completed forms to the chip timer for entry into RunSignUp.
