8am - You will transport a table to the water stop location, set up the water stop, distribute water to the runners, and then tear down, making sure to clean up all trash and bring it back to the race start, after the 5-mile sweeper passes through.

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

8 am - You will be "on course support", directing runners at tricky spots, and being the eyes and ears for all things course-related. The race starts at 8:45 for the 1mile but I want you there early enough to make sure you understand and can find your course location. You will remain in your spot until the course sweeper comes through.
