NEED 20 students

We will be assigning a duty for you: water station, water assistants, bounce house, run turn around, parking, and help tear down.

Road Course - Clubhouse

Details

Carry a cell phone. Watch for traffic and hold back drivers until runners/bikers have passed safely. Call 9-1-1 for emergency.

Keep cars off Lakeshore Drive if at all possible. Advise drivers Lakeshore East is closed 8:00 to 9:30. Send cars over dam and back to Terrace Trail West, to stay on TTW to get home.

If driver is trying to head East:
Only those living on HILLCREST EAST, TERRACE TRAIL EAST, KAW LANE and LAKESHORE EAST can go to their homes. All others need to be directed to go over the dam and stay on TERRACE TRAIL WEST to get home. Notify volunteer at base of hole #13 and at LSE / Hillcrest of driver.

Road Course - TTS/LSS

Carry a cell phone. Keep cars off Lakeshore Drive if at all possible. Send ALL cars to Lakeshore WEST to leave lake (clockwise in same patters as runners/bikers). DO NOT ALLOW ANY CARS to go East (or towards Blessing Park) on Lakeshore. Watch for traffic and hold back drivers until runners/bikers have passed safely. Call 9-1-1 for emergency.

All TTS traffic must take TTW, send all cars TTW if at all possible. Watch for traffic and hold back drivers until runners/bikers have passed safely. Call 9-1-1 for emergency.

Road Course - LSE / Pawnee

Details

Must have a cell phone. Stand at LSE and Pawnee. Stay in contact with volunteer on LSE / Hillcrest. If cars have made it to this point and are wanting to leave LQ: Direct them up Pawnee to Hillcrest and to the volunteer at Hillcrest/LSE. If they are wanting to go to TTS, direct them back up Pawnee to Hillcrest and to the volunteer at Hillcrest/LSE. If they are wanting to proceed south to a home on LSE police will escort them to the home if it is safe to do so.

Road Course - Base of Hole 12

Carry a cell phone. Stand at the bottom of the hill by Hole 12 base. Watch for traffic and hold back drivers until runners/bikers have passed safely. Call 9-1-1 for emergency.

Road Course - Top of Sebring's Hill - LSE / Hillcrest

Details

Carry a cell phone. Stand at the top of hill at Lakeshore and Hillcrest. Keep cars off Lakeshore Drive if at all possible. DO NOT ALLOW CARS to go down hill on Lakeshore ! Watch for traffic and hold back drivers until runners/bikers have passed safely. Call 9-1-1 for emergency. Stay in contact with volunteer on LSE / Pawnee. Only those living on HILLCREST EAST, TERRACE TRAIL EAST, KAW LANE and LAKESHORE EAST can go to their homes. All others need to be directed to go over the dam and stay on TERRACE TRAIL WEST to get home.

Road Course - Turn Around

Stand at run turn around station, near South end silt pond. Cheer on runners and make sure they get turned around for the return back to the finish line.
