Have a kayak or SUP? Want to be a part of the swim course? This protected swim is a straight out and back. The more safety crew we have on the water, the better we all feel. Swimmers MAY touch your kayak/SUP, but you cannot propel them forward.

Direct the bikers where to go. No need to direct traffic, just point the bikers in the right way. You will need to be able to have some sort of transportation to get to these spots.

Details

Hand out water and/or energy drinks to participants as they pass your location. Duties will include pouring water and Gatorade in paper cups to be prepped on the table. You are also a 'cheerleader' for participants, a chance to give them that last push they need to hammer home to the finish line!
