Coordinate with beer distributor the quantities needed and brewery presence at Coghlin Park in tent established in site plan.
Identify quantities and source needed supplies (e.g., condiments, glasses, napkins, tablecloths, ticket buckets, ice coolers as needed).
Coordinate with distributor the return for credit of unopened cases and arrange for settlement/payment of cost with race accounting.
Train additional volunteers on intended service (e.g., size of pours, descriptions of beverages, mixology required).
Mix drinks, stock & organize supplies, and serve drinks/beer to runners and other attendees who have purchased drink tickets.
