If you have a truck and can help with the shuttle back and forth from the parking lot to the race site or can direct people from key locations on Maple Avenue.

Registration 8am -10am High Priority

Assist with manually checking in athletes prior to the race, packets, etc

Transition 8am - 12pm High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Monitoring entrance and exit for athletes only / during race with directions

Kayak pullers

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Pulling kayaks out of the water as the racers come to the shore. Need a strong back and able to move quickly. You feet may get wet so bring another pair of shoes to change into.

Run course Aid Station** 10am - 12pm High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

** Run turnaround - Handing out water and nutrition to athletes on course.

Finish Line 10:30am - 12pm Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Assist with getting finisher bib #s as they cross the finish line.

Food set up/preparations 9am - 12pm Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help prepare the food area, assist and clean up area afterwards.

Clean up 12pm - 2pm Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Help pick up cones, bike racks, finish line chute, aid station, etc
