• Stand outside of the lodge and direct people to where to go as they approach from the parking lot.

Course Marshall 8:30-10:00 High Priority

• Stand on the course and direct runners where to go.
• Pick up blue flags as you are walking out of the course.

Water Table 8:30-10:00 Medium Priority

Details

• Stand at the table and give assistance to anyone needing it. There are no cups, participants will fill their water bottles.

Snack Table 8:30-10:45

Details

• 8:45-9:10 Set up.
o The first ones to cross the finish line will be around 9:15.
• 9:10-10:15 Make sure there is always water on the table. Food is good (monitor things)
o Kids should not be eating anything until after the adults have completed their run.
• 10:15-10:45 Clean up.
o Collect all garbage (it must be brought back to camp)
o Put tables back (either back in the lodge, or if they belong to camp, back in the van)
o Any leftover food/water can be put in the van (donuts can be given away).

- 8:30-8:50 - Arrive and set up for activities and the ½ mile run course.
o Cones for the course
o Get activities ready.
- 8:50-9:40 - Adventure large group games
- 9:45-10:15- Run with the kids. Cheer them on.
- 10:15- Pick up the kids run area. Cones, games etc.

Registration Table 7:45-9:45 High Priority

Details

• 7:45-8:00 Arrive.
o Organize event shirts by size to make easy distribution.
• 8:00-9:45 As 5K participants arrive, they will get their bib from Patrick and their shirt from you.
o Children participating in the ½ mile run will get a shirt and a certificate.
 All children that pre-registered before Friday (4/28) have their names already on the certificate, alphabetized by last name.
 Please write the child’s name on the certificate if they have NOT pre-registered.
 Check off their name on the registration spreadsheet. (It is important to know registered participants received their shirt)
 If new, please add their name to the bottom. (Again, to keep track of shirts)
• 9:45-10:00 Pack up all the shirts and any other registration materials. Put in camp van.
