We will be checking in runners and assigning Bib Number using the RaceDay smartphone app. If you don't want to use your phone, you can help with handing out t-shirts.

This task involves setting out the mile markers, marking the course with chalk and signs. And sorting through the equipment in the container so it is accessible on race-day morning.

Check in at Rockland Lake North Pavilion by 6:30 AM. You will be assigned to either (1) Set up water stops before the race and hand out water to the runners at: Rockland Lake South, Fire Station.
(2) Course marshals to direct runners at Rockland Lake Road North, Bottom of the Hook, Rockland Lake Road South..

Meet at Rockland Lake North Parking lot, unless you are told to go directly to you assigned station on the course.

Kids Run
