3 Hour Time Commitment (4:00pm-6:30pm)

LOCATION: Johnstown Middle School parking lot.

Set up drive through early packet pick up and registration (tents and tables).
Check in racers, pass out t-shirts and swag bags.
Answer questions.
Clean up.

Race Set Up Day Prior Medium Priority

2pm-5pm
Help with storing rental tables and chairs in old fire house once they arrive OR set up tables and chairs in the breakfast tent if weather will be favorable overnight.

Assist with race chute (start/finish line) fencing and banner hanging.

Saturday June 7 at 6:00am. Tables and chairs brought from fire house and set up in the breakfast tent.

Course Marshalls High Priority

3.5 Hour Commitment (7:30am-11:00am)

You will be on the 5k/10K course directing runners/walkers.
Assist at water stations and first aid communication.

Race Day Registration Table Medium Priority

3.5 Hour Time Commitment (7:00am-10:30am)

Assist in setting up registration table and volunteer coffee table.

Check-in racers, give T-shirt and swag bag.

Assist with troubleshooting and communications with Race Management Staff.

Breakfast Food Volunteer High Priority

Replentish food stations, coffee station, bus tables, monitor trash.

Race Day Set Up High Priority

6:00am - 8:00am
Retrieve banquet tables and chairs from old fire house if applicable (weather permitting) and set up in breakfast tent. Wipe all tables and chairs if they have been set up the night before. Assist in setting food stations.

Finish Line Volunteer Low Priority

3.5 Hour Time Commitment (8:00am-11:15am)

Set up finish line table and/or booth with after race start.
Congratulate and give racers their medals as they come through the finish line chute.
Pass out water, gatorade, and shaker cups

Assist with Award presentation as needed.

At the race chute at the end of the start/finish line and the Sponsor Plaza next to the race chute

Photography High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

3.5 Hour Time Commitment (7:30am-11:00am)

Take pictures and video (camera and drone) at various locations on the race route including downtown race start, TJ Evans Bike Trail, Johnstown High School, Oregon Street, race finish line, and awards ceremony.

Check patrons and racers off as they come into the tent for breakfast. Transactions for cash and online breakfast ticket purchase (easy).
