First Location 1A:
• Stand on median and direct participants to make a left turn.

• Cones will be placed to guide the participants.
• Once all 5K participants have passed your station, please
take equipment, including cones, and move to your next
location (1C). Please refer to the map for the exact location.
Second Location 1C:
• Keep participants on the racecourse, they should turn left
to reach the finish line (in your position, they will turn right).
• Once all 5K participants have passed your station, you may
clean up the area.

Median Course Marshal - 1B and 1D

Details

First Location 1B:
• Stand on median and direct participants to their
appropriate path. All participants will stay on the left side
of the road.
• Keep participants on the racecourse. Cones will be placed
to guide the participants.
• Once all 5K and 1-mile Fun Walk participants have passed
your station, please move cones to the next location (1D).
Please refer to the map for the exact location.
Location 1D – cone placement:
• Please move cones to the new location as directed on
the attached map.

toward the finish line.

• Direct timed participants who did not pre-register to the
table designated for timed registration entries. Timed
participants may use a credit card for payment. Checks
and cash may still be received at the check-in table.
• Direct untimed participants who did not pre-register to
the table designated for completing registration forms.
• Untimed participants should take their completed
registration form to the Untimed Participant Registration
check-in.
• Direct pre-registered participants, who have not received
their packets, to the Goody Bag Table.
• Direct pre-registered participants, who have received their
packets, to the Corral Area. Have them select their starting
group.
• Direct volunteers to the Volunteer Check-in Table.
• Distribute raffle flyers to anyone who is interested.
• Start moving the crowd to the starting gates at 7:40 a.m.

Registration Table Marshal - Timed Participants

Details

• Greet participants as they arrive.
• Accept payments:
− Participants registering on race day will need to register
on a Kiosk.
− Timed participants registration fee is $20 on race day.
− Participants registering on the Kiosk can pay with a
credit card.
− Cash and checks will also be collected. Checks
should be made payable to Licking Memorial Health
Foundation or LMHF.
− If registrants choose to pay by cash or check, they
must select the payment box for the system to
acknowledge their payment.
• Please keep the registration money in a safe, monitored
location until the end of the event.
• Direct participants to pick up their bib.
• Remain at the table with the cash for the entire event.

Registration Table Marshal - Untimed Participants

Details

• Greet participants as they arrive.
• Pre-registered, untimed participants do not need to check
in at Registration. Direct them to the Goody Bag and Tech
Shirt tables.
• Untimed participants who have already picked up their
packets do not need to check in at Registration.
• Register new untimed participants (no fee for untimed
participants).
• Direct participants to the Goody Bag and Tech Shirt
distribution tables.
• Collect and count all paper forms. Call or text Kristen
at (740) 405-5967 with the number of forms by 7:40 a.m.
• Start moving the crowd to the starting gates at 7:40 a.m.

• Please give all paper forms to the Timed Registration
Marshal. Please instruct the Timed Registration Marshal to
