Details

Fill water cups or place water bottles on the table, hand water to runners, pick up trash. Should be able to walk and stand for a 2-hour shift. This position may have to lift 40 lb. water coolers. This will be needed 30 minutes prior to the race and until the last runner completes the race.

Details

Packet Pickup distributors will hand out the packets (bib, swag, promotional materials) to participants and must mark each participant name off on the packet pickup worksheet to show that packet has been picked up. This will be needed the day before the race at packet pick up and on race morning one hour before the race.
