Write numbers on our youth as well as encourage and calm nerves!!

Bike Course Monitor Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Keep these little competitors on the right course during the bike - direct, point, count laps, and encourage!

Run Course Monitor Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Course Tear Down Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

What goes up... must come down! Remove barricades, markings, signage, etc. and return McLane Stadium to what it's pre-race condition!

Run Course Aid Station Saturday 7:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m.

Hand out water and encourage our little athletes as they complete the final leg of their race!

Transition Zone Assistant

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Monitor Transition as well as assist youth with basic needs - helmets, tying shoes, etc. And ENCOURAGE too!!!

Transition Area - Briles Bay, north side of McLane Stadium

Swim Dock Assistants

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met.

Help monitor participants as they get in and out of the water.

North side of McLane Stadium at the swim area (boat slips in Briles Bay)

Aid Station - Run Course

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Hand out water and encouragement to these super, amazing, young triathletes!!

Location

Report to Volunteer Check In near Transition at Briles Bay, north side of McLane Stadium.

Timing Crew - Swim Start: Saturday 7:00 a.m. High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Key in Bib number as participants enter the water at 5 second intervals.
One person identifies the bib number.
The other person keys the number into the computer.

Manage finish line timing.
Post interim reports as the race progresses.
Troubleshoot any timing issues.
