You will be helping at the race with things like, aid stations, directing turns for racers, cameras, medals at finish line, food at finish and timing. Assignments are made race morning during orientation so if you want an assignment or to be linked to another volunteer let us know there. We generally can accommodate most requests.
This will be outside and this weekend has record temps for autumn. 84 degrees. Mornings can still be cold so we recommend jeans and tshirt and hoodie or light jacket. Other items recommended are no open toed shoes, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen.
