Your job will be to hand out water and nutrition to runners on the run course. The supplies needed for this station will be preset for you. When you arrive, mix the nutrition if needed and start preparing small cups. It helps to have some pre-filled for the athletes. As runners pass by your station offer them water or nutrition.
You will also be responsible for cleanup of the aid-station area. Please walk the area around your aid station and 20 feet in each direction and pickup any discarded cups.
At the end of the race, please clean everything up, tie off trash bags and leave for race officials to pickup.
