Help the triathletes in the transition area from swimming to biking and biking to running. Assist triathletes with finding their bike, un-racking/re-racking bikes, securing helmets and pointing them in the right direction.

Stand at pre-determined locations along the course to help point/lead the participants along the course

Post-Race Assistant (Refreshments/Medals/Timing Bands)

When participants finish the race, help them take off their ankle timing bands, hand out medals and refreshments (water, Gatorade, popsicles).
