Set up tables, chairs, signage, and other items. Volunteer must be able to do physical work!

Near the restroom, the race course (signs), and halfway point on the course

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

The volunteer will assist with volunteer check-in/check-out. Duties will include greeting volunteers, using a mobile device for check-in, take volunteers to their report station, and doing any other tasks as needed until checking out volunteers. Volunteer must be able to walk/sit/stand outdoors in any weather and be comfortable using a mobile device.

Packet Pick Up Station High Priority

Details

Volunteer will welcome registered runners, provide their race packet, and direct them to report to the main stage for warm-up.

Water Station Medium Priority

Details

Volunteer will work at a set water station during the race. Duties will include filling water cups, handing water to runners, and picking up trash. Volunteer must be able to walk and stand outdoors in any weather for 1-2 hours.

Location

Start/Finish line or at the course's halfway point.

General Assist High Priority

Details

This position requires a responsible person that follows directions well and can problem-solve. Responsibilities will be varied as the Race Director needs, such as trophy setup, relaying information/directions/supplies to other volunteers or leads, and general assistance.
