Assist with participant check-in and adding participant scores for awards. Also helping with directions to the pool, bike room, and treadmills if needed.

Pool Coordinator

Start and end each wave, direct participants to assigned lanes, count swimmer laps. Write down laps completed on the participant's scorecard.

Lap Counter

Details

Count laps for participants - 2 swimmers per wave. Write down laps completed on the participant's scorecard. Take the scorecards to the bike room volunteers.

Bike Room

Details

Start and end each wave, assist with bike set up if needed, and write down miles completed on each participant's scorecard. Wipe the used bikes down in preparation for the next wave. Take the scorecards to the treadmill volunteers.

Treadmills

February 18, 2024

Details

Start and end each wave. Assist with the use of the treadmill if needed. Write down miles completed on the participant's scorecard and take them to the scoring table. Wipe down the treadmills in preparation for the next wave.
