MGY Virtual 5K 2025 – Your Race, Your Way!

Ready to move for a great cause? Join the MGY Virtual 5K and support our amazing Community Health Workers—wherever you are, whenever you want, however you like!

How it works:
Register today and complete your 5K (that’s 3.1 miles!) anytime between June 1 – June 30. Run, walk, bike, blade, hike, or even dance your way through it—it all counts! Prefer to break it up into chunks? Go for it. This is your race.

Want to bike the trails at Saint Marks? Hike through Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park? Rollerblade around your neighborhood? Or maybe you're up for a 5K pub crawl with friends? (Responsibly, of course 😉) We're here for all of it—and happy to help you plan!  Email us with a desired starting point to request a custom 5k pub crawl route...no guarantees on the quality of the locations...but we'll try our best to choose hoppin' places to get your hops! 

Early birds get the goods:
Register by May 24 and get your headband and temporary tattoo by June 12. Register after that, and your stuff will still come—just a little later.
