About the J-Hawks
We are a 501c3 not-for-profit youth organization, that offers swim lessons and a youth swim team.  No child is ever turned away due to financial struggles.  The monies raised, from our triathlons, are vital in allowing us to offer free and reduced programs, to area children.

We truly appreciate your support and are always looking for feedback on how we can improve.

RACE PACKET PICKUP
* You will pick up your chip and shirt (if ordered), on race day.
* You also setup your bike on race day.  You just need to be there 1 hour before your start time.  No need to be there really early as transition does not close.
* The chip/shirt table is on the pool deck, by the diving well end of the pool.  It closes at 11am.
* Arrive 1 HOUR ahead of your scheduled start time.  We may be running ahead of schedule.  We always keep the event moving.  Always be prepared to start EARLY (could be up to 30 minutes).  We are regularly announcing what waves are starting, in the pool area (not outside - no system for that).
* There is a balcony area that you can sit in, after you set your bike up and are ready to go.
* The transition area stays open all day.  Racers need to look around, before placing their bikes.
* Athletes will be called down to sit in the chairs, for the upcoming waves.  When it is your turn to start, you'll be walked to your lane and individually started.
* KNOW YOUR COURSE!!  Read the maps
** At 1 point (at the Schwager/Fremont intersection), the Sprint bike racers will turn right to go back to transition, while the Olympic racers will still go straight.
This occurs on the Olympic racers 1st bike loop.  Sprint racers - KNOW TO TURN      Olympic racers - KNOW TO GO STRAIGHT (turn after 2nd bike loop).
* The Super Sprint bike will turn around 3.2 miles out and head back to transition, It is not marked on the current maps posted.

Limited copies of the information BELOW will be available Sunday morning, so read now!
