Miles for Moffitt

 

Miles for Moffitt is happy to announce our Pacesetter Program for the 20th Anniversary event! Your support funds incredible pilot studies here at Moffitt and we cannot thank you enough for your fundraising efforts.

 

Individual Pacesetter Program

• If you register before July 31st, will receive a Koozie
• If you fundraise over $250 as a Moffitt employee, you will receive a special Miles for Moffitt badge reel (up to 1500 people)
• If you fundraise over $500, you will receive a special 20th edition magnet
• If you fundraise over $1,000, you will receive a Miles for Moffitt Pacesetter hat
• If fundraise over $2,500, you will receive a patient thank you plaque
• If you fundraise over $5,000, you will receive a mini Arts in Medicine framed silk

 

Team Pacesetter Program:

• As a team, if you fundraise over $10,000, you will receive a reserved 10x10 tent at our team tailgate across from race village
  • $10,000 total must be achieved by Nov 15th to reserve spot
• As a team, if you fundraise over $15,000, you will receive a reserved 10x10 tent at our team tailgate across from race village with a complementary breakfast
  • $15,000 total must be achieved by Nov 15th to reserve spot
• As a team, if you fundraise over $25,000, you will receive a Miles for Moffitt hospital tour with a department focus
• As a team, if you fundraise over $50,000, you will receive a private Moffitt tour with a doctor of interest and lunch with Moffitt leadership
