Refund Policy
No refunds, no exceptions. In instances of distance drop-downs, no credit or refund is given.
Deferrals, manage your registration online from your confirmation email or your RunSignUp profile. There is no fee to defer by 3/1/24. All deferrals will incur a nominal fee to register the following year.
You can purchase a Registration Protector for 6.75% of the registration cost (minimum $7.99 per registrant). Registration Protection is provided by a third-party provider, Allianz Insurance (a list of what is covered and more information is available at: https://www.etravelprotection.com/products/001003822.htm).
If a claim needs to be filed, it is filed directly by the participant with Allianz. St. Anthony's Triathlon and RunSignUp are taken out of the loop. This is like any other insurance policy where a claim must be filed and then approved.
