Registration Instructions
IF YOU ARE THE 1ST PERSON TO REGISTER FOR YOUR RELAY TEAM, SEE BELOW (scroll down for instructions on how to register if you are the 2nd or 3rd person to register on your team):
To start the registration process, have one of your relay team members go online and create a RunSignup account (if they don't already have one). After they have done this, use the steps below. Note: if you need to go back a screen during the registration process, click on the word "Back" at the bottom of the screen.

Select Triathlon Relay or Duathlon Relay from the options on the screen

Click Continue

Read the Facilities Waiver, Release and Indemnity as well as the Model / Image Release information regarding the event and scroll to the bottom of the information

Enter your initials in the electronic signature box

Click Continue

Click Create a New Group/Team (the box should turn dark purple when you click on it)

Under the Group/Team Name box enter your team name

Click Continue
-
Select your t-shirt size
-
Enter your Emergency Contact Phone Number

Enter your Emergency Contact Name
-
Answer the question regarding how you heard about the event (you can select more than one option)

Click the appropriate box under the question "What segment of the relay will you complete?" If you are a two-member relay team and you are doing two segments of the event, click the appropriate boxes

If you are doing the triathlon and you selected Swim, go to the next questions and let us know if you will swim or walk in the pool. If you are doing the duathlon, select which segment(s) you will be completing in the event

Select Swim or Walk

In the next box, please provide your estimated swim/walk time (in minutes). You can just enter the number like 10, 18, 20 or whatever you think your time will be. Note: If you are doing the bike or run/walk segment of the event, you will not see the swim questions.

Please provide a little information in the Athlete Bio Questions box. This is optional but can be fun so the announcer can mention a few things about you when you cross the finish line for the fans.

Click Continue

The last screen will be the payment screen. Please provide your credit card information and click on the Confirm Payment box. You should receive an email shortly after you click this box confirming your registration.
If you are the first person on your team to register before the December 1 date, you will see a total of $75.00 + tax = $80.03. The first person to register will be responsible for the full payment and your team members will pay you their appropriate portion of the registration fee.
IF YOU ARE THE 2ND OR 3RD PERSON TO REGISTER FOR YOUR RELAY TEAM, SEE BELOW:

Select your team name from the Select Group/Team box (use the arrow in the right of the box to see a list of team names)

The last screen will be the payment screen. If you are the 2nd or 3rd person to register for your team, the Purchase Summary section will note no payment is necessary. Be sure you provide payment to your team member who was the first to complete the registration process for your team

Click on the Complete Registration box. You should receive an email shortly after you click this box confirming your registration.
