noon – 7 pm: Expo and Packet Pickup @ ArtsQuest, 101 Founders Way Bethlehem PA
4:30 pm: Aardvark Sports Shop 3.8-Mile Trail Run (Park @ Artsquest for shuttle to starting line between 2:15 pm and 4pm. See the PARKING MAP HERE.
12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:30 pm: Festival host and legendary long-distance runner Bart Yasso will lead a 15-minute discussion on how to tackle the courses he designed for the Bethlehem Running Festival!
2:00 pm: Meet your ambassadors! BRF ambassadors will join Bart during his course discussion.
2:15 to 4:00 pm: Aadvark Sports Shop Trail Race runners and spectators can catch the shuttle to the starting line in the parking lot behind PBS.
2:30 pm: Bib Pickup for Trail Run moves from the expo area to the start of the trail run.
4:30 pm: Aadvark Sports Shop 3.8-Mile Trail Race begins at Dodson Street Park
4:30 pm: Bib Pickup for Kids Run moves from the expo area to the start of the kids run.
5:30 pm: The Lehigh Valley IronPigs Kids Run begins on First Street outside ArtsQuest.
Saturday 10/18
6 am: On-Site Packet Pickup Opens on the patio in front of the ArtsQuest entrance
7:10 am: National Anthem
7:15 am: Walk to starting line
7:30 am: 5K Start
8:15 am: 5K Awards Ceremony on Levitt Lawn
8:45 am: 5K Ends
9 am: 10K Start
10:45 am: 10K Ends, 10K Awards Ceremony on Levitt Lawn
6:00 am - 2pm: Packet Pickup Outside of ArtsQuest on patio
11 am: MSABC Registration Opens
11:30 am: Lexus Premier Ticket Holder Coffee and Course Preview with Bart Yasso in VIP Lounge at ArtsQuest
11:30 am: MSABC Ceremonies Begin
12 pm: MSABC Walk Begins
12pm to 4pm: The Southside Arts District hosts Chilifest! Tickets at: https://southsideartsdistrict.com/chilifest/
