Expo and Packet Pickup
The Bethlehem Running Festival Expo and Packet Pick-Up will take place on Friday October 17th from 12 pm to 7 pm. It will be located right near the starting line at ArtsQuest at 101 Founders Way in Bethlehem. It will also be host to the BRF Kids Run on Friday at 5:30 pm!!
FRIDAY Expo Timeline (12 - 7 pm):
12:30 pm, 2 pm, 3:30 pm: Festival host and legendary long-distance runner Bart Yasso will lead a 15-minute discussion on how to tackle the courses he designed for the Bethlehem Running Festival!
2:00 pm: Meet your ambassadors! BRF ambassadors will join Bart during his course discussion.
2:15 to 4:00 pm: Aadvark Sports Shop Trail Race runners and spectators can catch the shuttle to the starting line in the parking lot behind PBS.
2:30 pm: Bib Pickup for Trail Run moves to the start of the trail run.
4:30 pm: Bib Pickup for Kids Run moves to the start of the kids run.
5:30 pm: The Lehigh Valley IronPigs Kids Run begins on First Street outside ArtsQuest.
SATURDAY Bib Pickup will NOT include the Expo. It will be located outside ArtsQuest from 10 AM to 2 PM.
5K, 10K, Half, and Relay Runners who cannot pick up their packets the day before their race, must add the day-of packet pickup option (for $10). If you have already registered and need to add this option, follow the directions in the link HERE.
Trail Runners can pick up their bibs at the expo on Friday until 2:30 PM OR at the start of the trail race after 3:00 PM
The Expo will feature tables from all of our sponsors and will also include a Bethlehem Running Festival Swag Store and an Aardvark Sports Shop Store.
