EmergeOrtho 5K Refund Policy
INCLEMENT WEATHER / CANCELLATION: This is a rain or shine event. Every effort will be made to hold this event on time, on the scheduled date. Should the event be cancelled due to an Act of God or other circumstance beyond the race director's control, participants will be given 30 days to defer their registration through RunSignUp to the same race, the following year or any other YMCA of SENC road race. A race date for the following year may not be determined in this 30-day window as applications and permits must be approved.
There will be no additional fee for deferrals in the event of a cancellation. If a race must be canceled after it starts, there are no deferrals or refunds.
REFUNDS: No refunds of entry fees.
DEFERRALS: Participants can defer their registration for a $10 fee through RunSignUp up to 1 month prior to the race date.
BIB TRANSFERS: Participants can transfer their bib to another participant for a $5 fee through RunSignUp, up to 2 weeks prior to the race date. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to (could we put your email here?). Please note, it is against USATF and race rules to participate in this race with another runner's bib.
APPAREL: Shirts must be picked up at packet pick up. All remaining shirts will be available for sale under the YMCA tent, after the race starts.
