Winter Warrior Challenge

We’re back for the sixth year of the Winter Warrior Challenge, presented by Brooks!

You’re gonna be cold; you’re gonna stay active; and the more you move, the more you’ll be rewarded. Complete workouts, collect badges, earn swag—and new this year… take on the challenge with a team (only if you want to!).

 
HOW IT WORKS

INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE

Log 4 thirty-minute activities per week during January and February 2025. Complete 32 workouts to unlock the coveted Winter Warrior Mug. (Yes—there’s a new design every year!)

TEAM CHALLENGE

Join a Snow Squad—our name for teams—and take on winter together. Grab friends, family, or coworkers (2+ people), keep each other motivated, and maybe spark a little friendly competition. Every member’s workouts help boost your Snow Squad up the leaderboard. Celebrate wins big and small while staying active through the coldest months.

Each member of the team has the same goal:  Log 4 thirty-minute activities per week during January and February 2025. Complete 32 workouts to unlock the coveted Winter Warrior Mug.

TEAM LEADERS

Every Snow Squad needs a fearless motivator. We call them Warrior Captains—your team’s cheerleader, strategist, and winter-motivation machine.

Warrior Captains help:
• Make sure everyone logs their workouts
• Rally the squad to earn badges and swag
• Bring the fun (and the competition) to the leaderboard

WHAT ACTIVITIES COUNT

Running, walking, stretching, yoga, skiing, strength training and more. Log your activities anytime from January 1–February 28, earn digital badges, and be part of a community that actually enjoys winter (or at least survives it together).
