USAT Guidelines
As a USAT Sanctioned Event, we will follow the Competitive Rules provided by USAT. We suggest taking time to review these if you are new to USAT events.
Most Commonly Violated Rules
Don't be THAT person. Make sure you review the rules so you don't get deductions or disqualified for accidentally violating a rule.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancelation of the event: Buy Now, Pay Later
If for any reason the event is cancelled prior to August 1, 2021, your card will not be charged. If we determine the event will be able to take place in the current environment after August 1, 2021, your card will be charged.
Refund Policy
If you chose that you no longer would like to do the event, and the event is cancelled prior to August 1, 2021, your card will not be charged. If the event is not cancelled, your card will be charged on August 1, 2021. You will have an option to take a deferral to one our 2022 events for a $30 Fee. All deferrals must be requested to info@myutopian.com by August 15, 2021. No refunds will be issued.
