Individual Competition: Sign up to participate as an individual. We will have age groups in 5 year increments.

The Sprint Triathlon Team option is included for the 10th year. The team competition  will consist of three divisions – male, female, and coed. The team with the lowest total time in their division will win team trophies. Racers that participate on a team are still eligible for overall and age group awards.

The Sprint Triathlon 3 Person Relay competition will consist of three divisions – male, female, and coed. Each Relay member will complete one component of the Sprint Tri. The three times will be added together to determine a final time. The Relay with the lowest combined time in their division will win the relay competition.

The 5K is open to both runners and walkers and will start at 7:15 a.m.  Overall and age group awards will also be given out for the 5K.
