Duathlon Course Maps
Bike Course (Sprint and Olympic)
A Duathlon is a Bike/Run event. These are great for those triathletes who want to tune up their bikes for Race Season and those who want to do a multisport event without a swim. This bike course is full of rollers with scenes from the Great Salt Lake on your East and Antelope Island on your West. This is home to over 600 head of Bison(Buffalo). Fun paved course with great views. These two courses are out and back. The Sprint goes 6.2 Miles out and back for 12.4 Miles and the Olympic goes 12.4 Miles out and back for 24.8 Miles.
Run Course (Sprint and Olympic)
The Run Course runs as flat as possible on the Antelope Island Causeway. This Causeway spans the Great Salt Lake. This course is out and back with a Sprint Run 1.55 miles and back for 3.1 miles. Also an Olympic Distance with a 3.1 Mile out and back for 6.2 Miles. Aid Stations are at Mile 1.55, 3.1, 4.65. They include Water, Powerade, Porta Potties, and Aid Station Kit which includes Feminine Napkins, Bandaids, Muscle Rub and Body Lube.
