Notice Prior to Contacting Us: Prior to emailing or calling us and asking us to make a change in your registration we ask that you attempt to change it yourself with the Self Management tool with the icon in the upper right-hand icon of this website. There you can edit shirt size up to 10 days prior to the race. You can transfer your race credit towards another of our On Hill Events races based on the Refund Policy, Click Here, you agreed to when you signed up. Bib Exchange is you can sell or give your race to another racer. 99% of Race Companies do not allow transfers (to other races), deferrals (switch to next year), edits (change details of registration), bib swaps (sell your own or give race entry to another person) , etc. The reason they do not is that they are time-consuming for the company and costly. Please understand we must stick to our Refund Policy and you must move these items yourself prior to the deadlines or we would have to change the policy to something similar to others' poor policies. Yes as the race approaches fees to Self Manage go up as well as race fees. For example, if you want to switch from a $35 10K you paid for to a 5K that originally cost $35 but now costs $40 being late registration you will be required to pay the $5 difference. Do not email us and ask us to change our policy just for you. The policy is in place to help with tough situations like conflict on race date or injury not because we are trying to make things challenging but to help them. It is our goal to help every racer but the policy is in place so we do not lose money on your registration. Also if we are doing last-minute changes it takes away from the service on those registrations who registered early and did not need major changes. Thank you for understanding and fixing your issues in a timely manner so it does not cost you and the race time and management fees.
