What Happens at the Expo
Packet Pickup
Pick up your race bib, shirt, and race materials before race morning. (REDUCES RACE MORNING CHAOS)
Runner Check In
Meet other runners, connect with teams, and get your first look at the medals, shirts, and race atmosphere.
On Site Partners
Stock up on last minute race day essentials and connect with brands supporting race weekend. Try the on course nutrition ahead of race day so you know exactly what you’ll have on course!

💧 AID STATIONS + FUEL
Water & Wildly Charged Endurance Mix will be available at four aid stations along the course. GU energy gels will be available along the Half Marathon route at aid stations 2 and 3.

Half Marathoners will find their aid stations near:

(Aid Station 3) - MIle 9.5
(Aid Station 4) - MIle 11.5
10K Runners will find their aid stations near:
(Aid Station 1) Mile 3
(Aid Station 2) Mile 4.5
5K runners will find their aid station near:
(Aid Station 1) - mile 1.5
Bathrooms
We'll have 15 potties ready for your pre/post race needs in the parking lot across from Fr8yard on Main Street. 10K and Half Marathoners will also find two bathrooms near mile 4 (corner of Forest Drive and The Rail Trail) as well as at aid stations 2, 3, and 4.
Kids Fun Run Info
Fun Runners should report to the start/finish line 8:15am.
*Age groups are flexible. Just line up where it feels right on race day*
Divisions
Tiny Trotters (Ages 2 and Under): 50 yards; A short dash to get the wiggles out. Parent/guardian participation encouraged!
Little Sprinters (Ages 3-5): 100 yards; Enough for some giggles and a proud finish line moment.
Fast Starters (Ages 6-8): 200 yards; A fun challenge that still feels achievable.
Speed Racers (Ages 9-12): 300 yards; a full out race with space to fly, but still within safe cheering distance
Gear Check
Gear check is for Half Marathoners only, and will open at 6:30am inside Fr8yard.
Half Marathoners will receive a clear drawstring bag at the expo. Please remove the perforated stub from your bib and attach to the drawstring bag for easy retrievel post race.
