CELEBRATE NEVADA DAY AT THE LAS VEGAS BIG KIDS DUATHLON!
An event where kids perform big and adults remain kids at heart for the love of multisport. No school? No work? No problem!
This Nevada Day (Friday, October 30, 2026), bring the entire family out to the Kellogg Zaher Sports Complex for a morning of premium multisport racing. Take advantage of the state holiday to cheer on the kids in the morning youth waves, followed immediately by our fast, competitive adult duathlon course. Celebrate our state's birthday by crushing your fitness goals, earning a custom participation medal, and kicking off your long holiday weekend the right way!
Duathlon participants will receive a great race experience, participation medal, souvenir wristband, race sticker, and cool race t-shirt! Recycle Run for Fun participants will receive all the same, recycled!

- Sign up ahead of time! There will be an additional $10 fee to register at packet pick-up on Thursday, October 29th. Sorry, there will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

PARENT AND PARTICIPANT PACKET PICKUP RULES
Friday Evening Packet Pickup with your child is Highly Encouraged.
The Child's Parent Must Be Present to sign for a child's race packet. Attach bike and helmet stickers from this packet to your child's bicycle at home. Participants must bring all their gear to transition on race morning.
Other Packet Pickup Options:
Option A:
Parent packet pickup evening before race without child. Attach bike/helmet stickers at home. On race morning, arrive at 7:15am with your child to receive body markings and place race items in transition.
Option B:
Pay $10 for the 7:15AM race morning packet pickup through registration. Arrive at 7:15am on race morning for your child to receive their packet, apply race numbers to their bike, and receive body markings. Take all equipment to transition. For the safety of everyone, participants must walk their bike in the park and in transition.
If your plans change prior to the race in that you are unable to make the Friday Evening Packet Pickup and you need to pick up your packet on race morning, please email the race at least 3 days prior to the event so we may invoice you for the additional fee. If you don't show up to the Friday Evening Packet Pickup and are unable to pay the race morning $10 packet pickup fee with cash or charge, your race entry fee will be forfeited and you child will not be able to participate. Please plan ahead.
For the safety of everyone, participants must walk their bike prior to and after the race in the park and in the transition area at all times.
Volunteer!
Get a front row seat to the event by helping out! These great events wouldn't be possible without the help of volunteers as they are an integral part of producing successful events. As a way of saying thank you, our parents volunteers receive
- Race registration refund within 2 weeks following race.
- Volunteer race credits are transferable to adult or child race events.
- Duathlon morning packet pickup for your family.
- Event shirt while supplies last.

Group Volunteer Donation
This is a great opportunity to support the community, earn required service hours, fundraise for your group or non profit, and build teamwork and camaraderie. Once a group has a total of 5 or more volunteers to help, we will donate $10 for each volunteer. Contact the race for all Group Volunteer questions.
