Run, Bike, Run

For land lovers our Duathlon event will be a run, bike, run that will start from just outside of the transition area from the LSU New Orleans Lakefront Arena.  Athlete's will be running their first run of 2 miles followed by a 10.5 mile bike course ride, followed by another 2 mile run, finishing on the floor of the LSU New Orleans Lakefront Arena.  

2 Mile Run, 10.5 Mile Bike, 2 Mile Run = 14.5 Miles
