Swim Course
Begin your morning with a gorgeous swim in the calm, clear waters of the Jamesville Reservoir.
NO cut-off time!
Soft, sandy, in-water start and finish with wave starts.
.6 mile rectangle shape with left-hand turns at buoys. Intermediate athletes will complete one loop. Long Course athletes will complete two loops, exiting the water at the beach with a short jog back into the water for their second loop.
Wetsuit legal but not required. We allow participants to use a personal swim buoy. We ask that you begin at the back of the pack so you do not interfere with other swimmers. Ear and nose plugs are accepted. Neoprene head, hand, and foot covers are acceptable. NO music or earphones are permitted.

Bike Course - Long Distance
56 miles will take you on an epic, hilly, beautiful ride that will give you up-hills, down-hills, and vista views for miles. With fast and flat sections in the middle, shaded woodsy neighborhoods, charming villages, lakeside views, and plenty of cows to cheer you along the way. Look for the Eagles nest on the right at mile 31.5 (ish) in Cuyler.

Two Aid stations stocked with Hammer Nutrition products and plenty of water with port-a-john available.

• Out of Jamesville Beach Park - Turn right onto South Street
• Right turn onto East Seneca Turnpike
• Right turn onto Sweet Road
• Left turn onto State Route 91
• In Pompey, straight across the intersection, continue on State
Route 91
• Left turn in Fabius onto Main Street - becomes State Route 80
• Right turn onto Reservoir Road - becomes East Lake Road

• Right turn onto South Lake Road
• Left turn onto West Lake Road - becomes High Bridge Road
• Merge onto State Route 13
• Right turn onto State Route 91
• Left turn in Apulia onto State Route 80

• Right turn onto Berry Road
• Left turn onto Clark Hollow Road
• Left turn onto Palmer Road
• Left turn onto Cherry Valley Turnpike
• Right turn onto Apulia Road
• Right turn into Jamesville Beach Park
Bike Course - Intermediate Distance
The 25 mile course will have a hilly start following the same course as the Long Distance athletes take, then a really fast downhill along Route 20 before ending with a flatter, quiet ride along Apulia Road.

• In Pompey, at the light,
- Right turn onto US Route 20 - fast downhill

- Right turn into Jamesville Beach Park
Run Course
An out-and-back, challenging run course through the beautiful/country/shaded neighborhood of Jamesville with a negative split on the second half.
Long Distance athletes will come back into the Park, turn around, and complete a second loop of the course.
No cut-off times!
An aid station in transition and at approximately every mile stocked with Hammer Nutrition products, Coke, water, chips, candy, and gummi bears.
Port-a-johns will be available along the course.

Turn-by-Turn -
- Out of Jamesville Beach Park, right turn onto Apulia Road
- Left turn onto Coye Road
- Right turn onto Smokey Hollow Road
- Left turn onto Barker Hill Road
Turnaround spot - repeat route in reverse back to Jamesville Beach Park.
