Join us for the 6th Annual Spartanburg Run for Babies 5K! In 2027 we are staying at Fifth Third Park, home of the Hub City Spartanburgers. This 5K benefits March of Dimes and the incredible work they do every day.

Every family deserves the best possible start, but that's just not the case yet. With your help, we can change that.

Who needs to register? Only children who are running the race and need a bib or T-shirt need to register. If you are pushing a child in a stroller, the child does not need to be registered.

The race starts and finishes at Fifth Third Park. The timed finish line is on the back side of the stadium, before you enter the field.

The top 3 in each age group will receive a handcrafted award!

March of Dimes is focused on one thing: helping more moms and babies be healthy and strong. The annual March for Babies and Run for Babies campaigns are its largest weapon against the heartaches that exist in maternal and infant health. We look forward to a day when every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race or geography, and we need your help to make that happen.

We engage our local community with sponsorship opportunities, employee giving campaigns, volunteer engagement, advocacy efforts and more.

Pets: Pets are allowed with a signed waiver, available on site via QR code at the gate. No pets are allowed on the field. Participants with pets may take a photo at the finish area on the back side of the stadium and then head back to the concourse.

This race is part of the Upstate Race Series. Run the series and earn more than a finish:

Series Finisher: finish 5 races in any one series (Trail, Ultra, Road, Brew, Youth or Giving) to earn that series' Finisher coin and Finisher tee. Free and earned on the course, never sold.

Upstate 250 Club: log 250 or more race miles across Upstate Race Series events in a season to earn the 250 Club buckle.

The Anchor Award: the runner with the most race miles across the Upstate Race Series keeps the Anchor Award for the year, and their name goes on it for good.
